We offer delivery services for new scissor lifts for sale, used scissor lifts, trailers, and other equipment. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of equipment purchased. We aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• New Equipment: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
• Used Equipment: Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of used products. However, we stand behind the quality of our used scissor lifts for sale and offer customer support if you encounter any issues.
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may incur a restocking fee.

7. Warranty

Our scissor lifts, man lifts, and other equipment have the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details will be provided at the time of purchase. Finley Equipment is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, improper use, or maintenance damage.

8. Liability

Finley Equipment is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from using products purchased from us. Buyers assume full responsibility for proper use, maintenance, and safety procedures. We strongly recommend that customers follow all safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
